Why does mm_mail.pl show as Failed?

SolutionThis confuses some clients, as the check is "for corruption" if it fails the corruption check then it means the file is fine, if it passes it means the file has been detected as corrupt. So "Failed" is the correct display for this status check. If your Marketing Manager says Failed for this one status your marketing manager is set up correctly. If this part says "Passed" it means your mm_file is corrupt and will not work so you should upload it again using ascii transfer. | |
