How often are the RSS feeds updated?

The RSS feeds are always up to date because the .xml files for the category are recreated every time a new entry is posted through xCMS. The feeds also gets updated when entries or categories are edited or added or when anyone visits the xcms_rss.php page it forces an update for all categories. | |
