Solution When you purchase any product you are given access to your downloads area for three months. While you have access to this area, you can download the latest version of any software licensed to your domain.

After your support period has expired, you will not have access to your downloads area. To purchase a support extension, please visit our upgrades page - http://www.firetanksoftware.com/fts/customer/home.php?cat=7
