How do I transfer my license(s)?

FIRETANKSOFTWARE.COM COMPANY POLICY: In order to transfer a license from one domain to another: 1. You must open a support ticket requesting a license change. Make sure to include the current licensed domain, the domain you wish to move the license to, and the products that will be affected. 2. You must remove the software from the first domain and request a new license for the new domain. Further, you must remove x-cart from your first domain and it must be offline for seven days. 3. After this request has been approved by our staff, your new licenses will be issued through our download center. You must have download support in order to access the download center. Please note: According to our terms and conditions (http://www.firetanksoftware.com/firetank-terms.html) that you agreed to in order to obtain the software from our site, software licenses are non-transferrable. License transfers, therefore, are granted solely at the discretion of our staff and we are under no obligation to provide a license transfer | |
