How do I receive the software I ordered?

Free software is delivered via an email download link that is valid for 48 hours. You should receive a download link within 12 hours of ordering Free software. Usually within just a few minutes to hours if it's during businness hours. All software that is paid for, is delivered via email within 0-48 hours on week days. Weekends may take an extra day for delivery. This delay is to help keep our prices low by doing fraud checks and order verifications and is standard for most 3rd party X-cart Developers. To avoid any delays in getting your order please be sure and fill in X-cart version and the domain the software will be installed on when ordering even if you are a repeat customer. | |
