SolutionTo set up a feed to be saved automatically to your server:
-----------------------------------------------------------
Go into Feed Manager, select the desired feed, choose "save to server" and fill out the path where the feed should be saved. If you need help finding the full server path, please ask your host. You can say "I want this file to be at http://mysite.com/file.feed, what's the server path?" and they should be able to help you.

After you have that filled out, click the "Auto Urls" button at the top, and cilck "Make Auto URL!" and the software will generate a URL for you. Save that URL! Every time you visit that URL, your feed will be generated and saved to your server in the location you've chosen. Then you can give that location out and the feed consumer can pick it up whenever they need.

The final step is to set up a cron job that will fetch the URL at a scheduled time. More on this at the bottom.

To set up a feed to be automatically transferred over FTP:
-----------------------------------------------------------
Follow the same instructions as above, but select FTP transfer instead of save to server.
