Make sure that mm_tmon_script.php, mm_tmon_libs.inc.php, and mm_tmon_config.inc.php are all in your site's root folder. Make sure to look at mm_tmon_config.inc.php and set the database connection settings properly.<br />

If you have mm_tmon.tpl in your MM installation zip file, please upload mm_tmon.tpl to your skin1/customer folder, and put a reference to mm_tmon.tpl in your skin1/customer/home.tpl file.<br />
<br />
If you do not have mm_tmon.tpl in your MM installation zip file, please edit track.js and find the line that references mm_tmon_script.php and make sure the path is correct. Then put track.js in your site's root folder and add a reference to it in your skin1/customer/home.tpl file.<br />

If a program visits your website and doesn't send the referrer information (a spider or website downloader), the referrer will show up as "Unknown Referrer."<br />
<br />
