Not Finished orders and Reward Points

If you are using our reward points and have the occasional 'not finished' orders from customers not completing orders, you should always do two things to these orders. Set them to 'queued', apply that order status, and then back to 'not finished'. This will ensure that any points they may have tried to use to pay for the order are returned to them. With 'not finished' orders, there's no trigger back to X-cart that the order didn't go through, so there is no way the points system can know to return the points. You have to manually do this status change to give them any points back they used.
